The Parish Council owns a number of different assets on behalf of the community within Winteringham this includes land such as the playing field and the siting of the Village Hall, etc. the equipment situated on the field, other street furniture and various items of office equipment. The details of the Council's assets can be viewed in the asset register Asset Register May 2024

All of the Council's previous year's financial documents will be archived on a year-by-year basis and hard copies may be made available upon request to the Parish Clerk for a small charge.
